Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Multimedia Specialist to join our team. As a Multimedia Specialist, you will be responsible for recording and reporting legal proceedings using specialized equipment. This is a part-time position, requiring a flexible schedule and ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate audio/video equipment to record legal proceedings
  • Position and monitor microphone placement for optimal audio capture
  • Establish video framing consistent with legal videography standards
  • Mix multiple audio tracks and monitor for interference
  • Develop and maintain a high-level understanding of audio and video technology, the legal field, and company processes
  • Track and log key legal events during proceedings, including notating relevant spellings and objections
  • Swear in deponents and capture their testimony under oath
  • Interact with high-level clients, including government agencies and private industry
  • Proofread and edit final work product
  • Write executive summaries and meeting minutes
