Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Corporate Attorney to join our Corporate Group. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior-level attorney to take on significant responsibility, work closely with clients, and enjoy a great work-life balance in a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Partners in all areas of corporate and commercial law, including mergers and acquisitions, business planning, and general corporate matters.
  • Work autonomously to prepare and negotiate complex commercial documents, such as master service agreements, purchase order terms, and supply agreements.
  • Draft, review, and revise commercial documents, including formation documents, employment agreements, and owner buy-sell agreements.
  • Perform legal research on corporate matters and provide expert advice to clients.
  • Assist in marketing the firm's Corporate group to generate business from current and new clients.

Requirements

  • Law licensure in Pennsylvania at minimum.
  • 7-10 years of relevant practice experience in general corporate law, commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and business planning.
  • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
