Lead Ultrasound Technologist Opportunity

Roshal Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Ultrasound Technologist to join our team in Milwaukee. As a key member of our imaging services team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of routine and emergency ultrasound imaging procedures with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform ultrasound imaging procedures, including OB, general, and vascular, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and files, as directed, and document work processes as required.
  • Assist with conducting new employee orientation and continuous training, ensuring that all team members are up-to-date on the latest imaging techniques and technologies.
  • Support the Zone Manager with site inspections, ensuring that all imaging equipment and facilities meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Dispatch personnel for on-call services during rotation, ensuring that our patients receive timely and effective care.
  • Communicate pertinent clinical information and ultrasound findings to the radiologist, ensuring that all relevant data is accurately documented and shared.
  • Utilize systems such as PACS and Electronic Medical Record (EMR) to obtain or enter appropriate care data, ensuring seamless integration with our healthcare partners.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of three (3) years of ultrasound imaging experience, with a strong background in OB, general, and vascular imaging.
  • RDMS certification, with a strong understanding of imaging protocols and procedures.
  • Demonstrate professionalism and effective interpersonal skills in a diverse population, with the ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision.
  • Ability to be self-directed and organized, with a strong focus on quality and patient care.
  • Must be up to date on all vaccinations as required for hospital employment and pass any needed health screenings, including drug screening and background check.
