Job Summary

As a Medical Laboratory Technician PRN, you will play a vital role in the diagnosis and monitoring of various disease states by performing diagnostic testing on patient samples. You will work in a fast-paced laboratory environment, performing a variety of routine and complex testing procedures, including waived to high complexity testing in all sections of the laboratory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform common testing procedures and report test results
  • Perform instrument maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Perform quality control testing
  • Maintain supplies needed for performance of tests

Requirements
  • ASCP preferred
  • Associate's degree required
  • Certification (or registry eligible) as a Medical Laboratory Technician by the American Society of Clinical Pathologists registered or equivalent agency - preferred
