  • Productivity and Utilization: Monitor and maintain productivity, utilization, schedule, and quality records, adhering to established standards.
  • In-Process Inspection: Perform regular inspections to ensure products meet quality standards.
  • Housekeeping and Visual Control: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to 6S and other area housekeeping standards.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in and promote continuous improvement activities to enhance processes and productivity.
  • Quality and EH&S Programs: Actively participate in and promote Quality and EH&S programs and policies.
  • Certification: Achieve and maintain certified status in your role.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Skills and Abilities: Possess basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, as well as the ability to interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in machine operation is preferred.
