About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our team at ICU Medical. As a key member of our research and development engineering team, you will play a critical role in supporting the development of innovative temperature management products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and plan complex engineering projects, developing creative solutions to drive product development and improvement.
  • Develop and implement design changes that impact system performance, ensuring compliance with IEC standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring timely project delivery.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Biomedical Engineering from an accredited institution.
  • At least 7 years of experience in product development, with a strong background in mechanical design, materials science, and engineering principles.
  • Proficiency in SolidWorks, MiniTab, and statistical analysis tools.
