We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinic Manager to join our team at Olympic Sports & Spine. As a Clinic Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our Puyallup East Main clinic, including patient care, personnel management, physician relations, and financial management.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of physical therapists and support staff
- Develop and implement clinical programs and services
- Manage clinic finances, including budgeting and forecasting
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist in an outpatient, orthopedic setting
- Leadership experience and skills
- Current State Physical Therapist License (or license applicant status)
- Current CPR certification
