Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Schulman Theateres. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, and vegetables for service.
  • Portion and prepare ingredients according to standard portion sizes and recipe specifications.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary work station area, including tables, shelves, grills, broilers, fryers, and refrigeration equipment.
  • Assist in food prep assignments during off-peak periods as needed.
  • Closely follow kitchen procedures and protocols to ensure efficient service and high-quality food products.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain a clean and organized work station area.
