Job Summary

As a RN - Inpatient Services, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation, for an assigned group of patients.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, and document patient responses and outcomes.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families, and serve as a resource for healthcare team members.
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in the state of employment.
  • Minimum 9 months of experience as a Registered Nurse, with 6 months of experience in acute dialysis preferred.
  • Successful completion of CAP requirements and ongoing education and training.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with healthcare team members.
