Workers Compensation Case Manager II

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Workers Compensation Case Manager to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a large caseload, ensuring timely resolution of claims, and providing exceptional service to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a high-volume caseload, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Collaborate with attorneys, insurance companies, and medical professionals to resolve claims efficiently.
- Analyze complex medical information, identifying potential issues and developing strategies for resolution.
- Maintain accurate records, updating case files regularly and communicating with clients as needed.
- Develop and implement creative solutions to complex problems, demonstrating strong critical thinking skills.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in workers compensation or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of workers compensation laws and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Highly organized, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and managing competing priorities.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (or another relevant language).
Compensation:
The estimated salary range for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Our firm offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
