Position Summary:

The E-Commerce Procurement Specialist will play a crucial role in developing the assortment framework, purchasing strategy, and executing plans for designated categories and brands. This position is based in Roselle, NJ.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Divisional Merchandise Manager (DMM) to devise strategies aimed at maximizing profitability and sales through performance analysis and actionable recommendations.
  • Assist in defining the assortment strategy for assigned categories, analyzing business reports to identify trends and ensure sales targets are achieved.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for vendors and service providers.
  • Provide real-time project updates, addressing concerns with meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce buying, planning, or merchandising is essential.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • A keen interest in learning and applying new technologies.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent critical thinking, decision-making, analytical, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and Outlook.
