Job Description

As an LPN at EagleCare LLC, you will play a vital role in enriching the lives of our residents by providing exceptional nursing care, promoting their physical and emotional well-being, and fostering meaningful relationships. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering compassionate and detail-oriented care to residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Administering medications, wound care, and monitoring vital signs, while utilizing your clinical knowledge and nursing skills to assess and address resident needs.
  • Conducting thorough assessments of resident health, documenting changes, and communicating effectively with the healthcare team.
  • Assisting residents with daily tasks, fostering independence while providing support in daily activities.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary, with an estimated annual earnings of $65,000-$75,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will enjoy a range of benefits, including:

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current and valid LPN license in the state of Indiana.
  • Proficient medication management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
