About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at WaFd Bank. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their banking needs are met with a positive and professional attitude.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized service to customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers, while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Stay up-to-date on banking products and services, providing customers with informed advice and guidance to meet their financial needs.
  • Adhere to bank policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining the highest standards of integrity and ethics.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Basic math skills, 10-key, and keyboarding proficiency.
  • Proficient in standard Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook.
  • Well-developed smartphone and digital channel skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
