Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electronics Maintenance Specialist to join our team at our Benson, NC facility. As an Electronics Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting all assigned maintenance activities, including troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems, and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our manufacturing equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical systems and equipment
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to ensure seamless production operations
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans to prevent equipment downtime and improve overall efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines, including NFPA 70E and LOTO policies
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in a maintenance-related field or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of electrical maintenance experience
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting techniques
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts and lift up to 75 pounds
