Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure timely completion and resident satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and inventory management.
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance plans to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment and systems.
  • Collaborate with the community manager and assistant manager to identify and prioritize maintenance needs.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of multifamily maintenance experience, or equivalent training and experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • EPA certification and CPO certification preferred.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
