Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents, taking into account their unique needs and preferences.
- Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications, performing wound care, and assisting with daily living activities.
- Conduct regular assessments of residents' physical and emotional status, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address these needs.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care and support for residents.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and other stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and their concerns are addressed.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Ohio.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in long-term care or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Ability to lift, transfer, and position residents, as needed.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
