Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or other assigned supervisor.
- Collect and communicate patient data to assist in assessment and care planning.
- Participate as a member of the healthcare team and accept delegation from the RN/assigned supervisor and provider in meeting patient needs.
- Deliver care in accordance with patient care plans, organizational policies, and principles of relationship-based care.
- Graduate of a school of practical nursing or passed LPN Boards after a defined period in a professional nursing program.
- One year of LPN experience within the last five years preferred.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Experience working in a team environment.
- Computer skills required, prior experience with electronic medical record systems preferred.
- A competitive hourly rate of $21.74 - $30.86.
- A comprehensive benefits package.
- A part-time schedule with 40 hours per pay period.
