Personal Banker

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Branch Sales and Service Associate. As a key member of our Retail Branch Banking Network, you will play a critical role in strengthening customer relationships and driving sales growth.

• Customer Acquisition and Retention: Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, identifying opportunities to improve the customer's financial well-being.
• Sales and Service Excellence: Drive proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions, leveraging a defined sales process to position PNC solutions and drive new revenue and customer loyalty.
• Lobby Engagement and Customer Experience: Create a differentiated customer experience through lobby engagement activities, connecting with customers and positioning PNC products to meet their needs.
• Risk Management and Compliance: Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits and participating in branch daily operations.

• Customer Focus: Knowledgeable of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions.
• Managing Risk: Assessing and effectively managing all of the risks associated with business objectives and activities to ensure adherence to and support of PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.

• Accountability: Demonstrating a strong sense of accountability for sales and service performance.
• Banking and Financial Services: Possessing knowledge of banking products and services, as well as the ability to leverage technology to drive sales and customer engagement.
• Effective Communication: Exhibiting strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
