VillaSport Athletic Club and Spa is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Aquatics Lead to join our team. As a key member of our aquatics department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer service and facility maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Aquatics Director in implementing company standards and best practices
  • Empower employees through training and leadership
  • Deliver five-star service and maintain clean and safe aquatics facilities
  • Schedule lifeguards and swim lessons
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2-year lifeguarding experience
  • Minimum of 2-year swim instructor experience
  • American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification (includes CPR/First AID/AED for the Professional Rescuer)
  • Lifeguard Instructor (LGI) Certification preferred
  • High School diploma preferred
