This rural health facility is recognized as an NHSC certified site, offering a collaborative environment that operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Our team comprises skilled professionals including Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Nurse Practitioners, Radiologic Technologists, and a collaborating Physician.

Our healthcare team is committed to delivering comprehensive family medical services, which encompass obstetric care, pediatric services, women's health, preventive health management, and wellness check-ups.

A typical workday involves providing care to patients of all ages presenting with a range of medical conditions and injuries. Providers can anticipate seeing approximately 15 patients daily and will alternate between the Primary Care and Walk-In Clinic areas.


Job Requirements:

Experience:
A minimum of 1 year of clinical experience is essential.

Licensure/Certification:
A valid Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in Missouri is mandatory. This role is full-time, with daytime hours and every other Saturday commitment.
