About the Role

As a Study Supervisor, you'll play a crucial role in overseeing study procedures and research assignments, ensuring that our team members have the necessary training, supplies, and resources to excel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate study duties and tasks, ensuring timely completion and adherence to study guidelines and timelines.

• Train staff on technical procedures, including injections, blood draws, sample collection, and more.

• Monitor study progress, verifying adherence to study protocols and identifying areas for improvement.

• Participate in study planning meetings, contributing to the development of effective study strategies.

• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to animal care, technical procedures, and facility management.

• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and optimize study outcomes.

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific field or equivalent experience.

• 3+ years of experience in a research environment, with a strong understanding of study procedures and protocols.

• LATG certification preferred, with intermediate computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
