Job Description
The Nurse Manager of Medical Surgical at Methodist Hospital Metropolitan is responsible for leading a team of nurses and healthcare professionals in providing high-quality patient care. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing patient care plans, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining high standards of patient safety and quality care. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire their team.

Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a team of nurses and healthcare professionals
* Develop and implement patient care plans
* Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care
* Maintain high standards of patient safety and quality care

Qualifications
* Degree in Nursing (Associate or Bachelor's) and current licensure in Texas
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Experience in medical surgical nursing and management
