* Provide skilled building maintenance, including repairs to sinks, windows, floors, and other parts of the building.
* Maintain the grounds, including trash pick-up, shoveling, and sweeping curb/dumpster area, maintaining landscape beds and other areas.
* Prepare vacant units for occupancy, including cleaning responsibilities.
* Install, repair, and maintain various plumbing, heating, and air conditioning fixtures, perform metal fabrication and welding.
* Troubleshoot maintenance issues, diagnose problems, replace and/or repair parts, test and make necessary adjustments to ensure issues are resolved.
* Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs as needed.

Requirements:

* 2 years\u2019 experience in residential maintenance.
* Experience in unit turns.
* Ability to pass a Kari Koskinen background check.
