Job Summary:

Rogers Behavioral Health is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess patients physically and mentally to identify their needs and develop effective care plans.
  • Collaborate with Psychiatrists, Therapists, Dietitians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients and their families to ensure their needs are met.
  • Administer medication and implement treatment plans as prescribed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) preferred.
  • Registered nurse licensed by State Board of Nursing in the state of employment.
  • American Health Association Healthcare Provider CPR certification or equivalent.
  • Previous psychiatric experience with children, adolescents, and adults is preferred.
