Position Summary:
As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for designing, executing, and assessing rehabilitation programs aimed at helping clients restore their physical and social well-being. This role requires a commitment to safety and excellence in patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess clients' physical capabilities and limitations to determine the necessity for therapeutic intervention. Develop a comprehensive care plan and establish measurable treatment objectives within the department's timelines.
- Deliver tailored treatment plans that address the unique physical, social, and cultural needs of each client. Ensure safe and effective therapy while continuously evaluating the treatment's effectiveness and making necessary adjustments.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with professional standards and regulatory requirements. Ensure that all records reflect the individualized treatment approaches and client progress.
- Effectively communicate relevant client information to the healthcare team to facilitate optimal care continuity. Provide updates on treatment outcomes and advocate for the client's needs.
- Adapt to changing caseloads and staffing requirements while demonstrating flexibility in assignments.
- Oversee and guide support staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective care. Participate in training new team members and verify their competencies.
- Engage in departmental activities, including meetings and process improvement initiatives, to enhance service delivery.
- Adhere to safety protocols, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Essential Requirements:
- Valid Arizona Physical Therapy license.
- Degree from an accredited educational institution.
- Preferred experience in the field, though not mandatory.
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is required.
- Minimum age of 21 years.
