We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Good Samaritan Society Albert Lea. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide individualized nursing care to residents, utilizing the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate care.
- Collaborate with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
- Coordinate care, resident assessment, and education, as well as provide various nursing interventions.
- May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel.
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program.
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing.
- Obtains and maintains required department-specific competencies and certifications.
