As a key member of our food and beverage service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.

Responsibilities
  • Food and Beverage Service: Serve guests with beverages, breads, and butter to begin their dining experience and replenish as necessary.
  • Table Maintenance: Quickly clear dirty table settings and prepare tables for resetting. Promptly and consistently reset all service ware.
  • Stock and Cleanliness: Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods with necessary equipment, including silverware, linen, and condiments.
  • Guest Interaction: Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the Outlet Manager and Restaurant Servers to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
Requirements
  • Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of the appropriate table settings and service ware. Ability to grasp, lift, and/or carry, or otherwise, transport up to 50 lbs with or without reasonable accommodations.
  • Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to adapt communication style to suit different audiences.
