About the Role:

We are seeking Personal Care Assistants with experience providing direct care for the elderly to join our team at Home Health Resources in Houston, TX.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, toileting, safe transfers, ambulation, and incontinence care.
  • Provide companionship and support to clients in their daily lives.
  • Assist with light housekeeping and other duties as assigned.
  • Work collaboratively with clients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure high-quality care.

Requirements:

  • Experience providing direct care for the elderly.
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including 2 weekends per month.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a patient, compassionate attitude.
