Job Title: Manufacturing Technician

Saxon Aerospace is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Technician to join our team in Snohomish, WA.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to fabricate and repair metal products for medical devices. The successful candidate will have experience working with hand tools and power tools, and be able to read and interpret blueprints and instructions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deburr, shape, form, and finish parts according to documented work instructions and specifications.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and instructions to ensure accurate fabrication.
  • Self-inspect conformance to specifications utilizing appropriate inspection tools.
  • Ensure proper completion of all parts, paperwork, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with coworkers to problem solve product and processing issues.
  • Organize, stage, and move materials as required.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
  • 1+ years' experience in manufacturing, fabrication, automotive repair, or construction.
  • Experience using hand tools and power tools.
  • Ability to use product documentation, schematics, and verbal/written instruction.
Working Conditions:
  • Pushing, pulling, bending, and lifting.
  • Lifting and handling objects up to 40 pounds.
  • Standing for 10-12 hour shifts.
  • Exposure to loud sounds and distracting noise levels.
Compensation and Benefits:

$21-$28/hr, plus $1/hr shift differential for 2nd shift. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k w/employer match, paid time off, and paid holidays.
