Executive Chef

This role is responsible for overseeing all culinary functions for business dining accounts in a given geographical area. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing multiple accounts, developing operational plans, and controlling costs.

• Develop and implement operations plans to ensure contractual obligations are met
• Manage cost controls and expenditures for the region
• Act as a regional leader, modeling competencies and behaviors that support company values
• Create menus and influence menu decisions for chef's tables, catering events, etc.
• Develop strategies for improving customer experience
• Interact professionally with diverse groups of associates, suppliers, clients, and customers

• Culinary degree or comparable four-year culinary development experience
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience, preferably with multi-unit experience
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong supervisory, leadership, hands-on management, and coaching skills
• Strong financial acumen, proven P&L experience, budgetary, and food control practices
• Demonstrated ability to assess and grow people, operations, equipment, and revenue
• Willingness to travel throughout the region
• Computer skills and experience with MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

The estimated salary range for this position is $100,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
