Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Clinical Nurse to join our team at Dartmouth Health. As a Clinical Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

* Utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, and develop individualized plans of care for patients.
* Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions.
* Provide education and support to patients and families to promote health and wellness.
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information.

Qualifications

* Graduate from an accredited Nursing Program required.
* Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN) with 1 year of experience preferred.
* Associate Degree (ADN) prepared nurses with 2 years' experience may be considered.
* All Associate Degree (ADN) prepared nurses must commit to completing a BSN or higher nursing degree within 10 years of their hire date.

Required Licensure/Certifications

* Licensed Registered Nurse with New Hampshire eligibility required.
* Basic Life Support (BLS) Certificate required upon hire and as applicable, higher level per unit certification requirements as stated on the grid attached to the AHA and Life Support Policy.
* ACLS Certificate required upon hire in Endoscopy, Tele-ICU, Day Surgery Center at CGP (Manchester), Life Safety and Cardiology-Echocardiography.
