Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Beauty Consultant to join our team at 4310 Buffalo Gap Rd #31. As a Beauty Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a warm and welcoming store environment, making eye contact and greeting each guest promptly.
- Determine guest needs and answer questions concerning products and services.
- Partner with management to ensure guest needs are met.
- Recommend additional and complementary products and/or services to enhance the guest shopping experience.
Requirements: To be successful as a Beauty Consultant, you should have excellent communication skills, a passion for beauty and customer service, and a willingness to learn and grow with our company.
Compensation and Benefits: We offer a competitive salary of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and opportunities for professional development.
