Position Summary

As a key member of our cleaning team, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various facilities. Your duties will include:
  • Executing assigned cleaning tasks in commercial environments.
  • Completing all duties within the designated time frame while ensuring high-quality standards.
  • Performing sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming of hallways, staircases, and office areas.
  • Dusting and wiping down furniture to maintain a tidy appearance.
  • Managing waste disposal, including emptying and cleaning trash receptacles and handling recycling materials.
  • Sanitizing restrooms and replenishing supplies as needed.
  • Utilizing a power vacuum and selecting appropriate cleaning agents.
  • Adhering to safety protocols and manufacturer guidelines for cleaning products.
  • Maintaining an organized supply cart and assisting in the setup of facilities for various events.
  • Following directives from the Account Manager and adhering to the established cleaning routine.
  • Reporting any equipment issues or unusual incidents to the Account Manager.
  • Upholding cleanliness standards that meet client expectations.
  • Ensuring all cleaning equipment and supplies are stored properly.
  • Exhibiting regular attendance and fostering a positive work environment through effective communication.
  • Complying with safety policies to ensure a secure workplace.
Qualifications
  • Ability to pass required background checks.
  • Previous experience in custodial work is preferred.
  • Completion of all application questions and signing of the application is necessary for consideration.
