Job Summary

Knapheide Truck Equipment Center is seeking an experienced Lead Man for the Paint Department to direct and manage employees, ensuring job standards are met. This full-time position works Monday - Friday from 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM, with additional overtime as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist employees with proper tools, information, and feedback
  • Conduct audit inspections on all completed units
  • Update warranty log sheets
  • Ensure best practices are consistently followed

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
  • Ability to lift/move up to 75 pounds
  • Previous paint and body repair experience, including welding and fabrication
