About the Role

This Property Manager position at Makowsky Ringel Greenberg, LLC is a key leadership role that requires a strong understanding of residential management principles and practices. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing property staff, maintaining property appearance, and implementing effective marketing strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of property staff, including recruiting, training, evaluating, counseling, and terminating members as needed.
  • Maintain the overall appearance of the property, including landscaping and exterior maintenance.
  • Develop and implement community marketing strategies to attract new residents.
  • Respond promptly to resident requests for maintenance and repairs.
  • Direct preventive maintenance programs to ensure the property remains in good condition.
  • Inspect vacant apartments and prepare work orders as necessary.
Qualifications
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in residential management is preferred.
  • The successful candidate must pass a drug screening, background check, and credit report.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and marketing skills are essential.
  • Availability for overtime, weekend, holiday, and evening work is necessary.
  • Familiarity with property management software, preferably OneSite or Yardi, is an asset.
Compensation and Benefits
  • A competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per annum.
