We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physician to join our team as a Medical Director/Primary-Care Provider at Mission Pointe Rehabilitation Center of Detroit - LTC Physician Care PC.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality primary care services to patients in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities.
- Supervise and mentor Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) to ensure excellent patient care.
- Act as Medical Director in up to 3 facilities, overseeing medical staff and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Participate in after-hours on-call rotation to provide 24/7 coverage.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes and quality of life.
- Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics.
- Valid and unrestricted medical license in Michigan.
- Valid DEA license in the state of Michigan.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening process.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug-screen.
- Productivity-based compensation model with no cap on salary potential.
- Sign-on bonus.
- $2,500 annual CME allowance plus 3 PTO days for CME attendance.
- Company-paid subscription to Up To Date.
- Monthly phone stipend.
- All medical licensure expenses reimbursed by the practice.
