Qualifications:

Role Overview:
As a Senior Cybersecurity Systems Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the transition of solutions aimed at enhancing service delivery and implementing the technical roadmap for N&NC. Your work will directly support the North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) and United States Northern Command (USNORTHCOM).
Impact of Your Role:
- Conduct systems engineering for enterprise cybersecurity solutions, focusing on the selection, design, implementation, testing, and operational monitoring of security controls across the network.
- Collaborate with architects, service leads, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure robust security defenses while minimizing impact on mission performance.
- Assess security architecture and vulnerabilities in partnership with system owners through scans, configuration reviews, and documentation analysis.
- Utilize technology to create maintenance tasks and workflows that support compliance requirements.
- Maintain comprehensive security documentation, including diagrams, plans, policies, and audit logs.
- Engage with N&NC in conducting audits, evaluations, and assessments of contractor systems and processes.
- Provide Information Assurance (IA) and compliance support to uphold the security posture of production systems.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field from an accredited institution.
- 10+ years of related experience is required.
Technical Skills and Certifications:
- Must possess appropriate certifications as per DoD requirements.
- Must hold a DoD approved baseline certification or higher.
- Shall obtain and maintain a Computing Environment (CE) certification relevant to the role.
Security Clearance: DoD Top Secret SCI Clearance is required.
