Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled SCADA Systems Technician to join our Manufacturing IT team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting critical systems, including Ignition SCADA systems and other manufacturing-related IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform system maintenance and patching procedures to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Provide high-level troubleshooting and support for Ignition SCADA systems and other manufacturing-related IT systems.
  • Collaborate with the Manufacturing IT team to plan and execute system maintenance activities.
  • Assist with system deployments and ensure minimal disruption to manufacturing operations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for system maintenance procedures, patching activities, and server inventory.
  • Provide consistent, high-quality support to end users and proactively address their needs.

Requirements:
  • Prior experience with server maintenance, administration, and support, with proficiency in server operating systems such as Windows and Linux.
  • Strong knowledge of server security best practices and adherence to IT security standards.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently and independently.
