Key Responsibilities

As a Parent Coach, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing evidence-based interventions that are family-centered, trauma-informed, and designed to build nurturing parenting skills.
  • Creating and maintaining individual family goals through participation of the parents and County JFS worker.
  • Linking parent(s)/guardian(s) with community resources and effectively collaborating with school or community professionals, DJFS staff, and other service providers.
