Project Manager for Road Traffic Infrastructure

The Department of Civil Engineering of the city of Esslingen am Neckar is responsible for the infrastructure in the areas of roads, paths, squares with engineering structures, sewage systems, and waterways.

The Department of Roads, Paths, and Squares is responsible for the diverse and interesting tasks related to the planning, construction, operation, and maintenance of approximately 400 km of roads.

At SilverWorks, we are seeking an unlimited and full-time Project Manager (m/f/d) for road traffic infrastructure to lead our team in delivering high-quality infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead infrastructure projects from planning to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement project plans.
• Manage project budgets, resources, and risks to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including government agencies, contractors, and community groups.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in project management, preferably in infrastructure or construction.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate complex projects.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of financial management and risk assessment.
