Green View Solutions LLC is in search of a proficient and knowledgeable Tree Service Machinery Operator. This role entails the operation of various equipment utilized in tree management, removal, and upkeep. The ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation in handling tree service machinery, prioritizing safety, efficiency, and accuracy in all operations.

To excel as a tree worker, candidates should demonstrate physical strength and the ability to endure challenging weather conditions. Exceptional tree workers are expected to follow instructions meticulously and execute all maintenance tasks to the highest standards.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Machinery Operation: Operate equipment such as tree spades, stump grinders, bucket trucks, cranes, chippers, and other specialized tools for tree care.
  • Tree Removal and Pruning: Participate in or directly carry out tree removal, trimming, and pruning tasks, ensuring minimal disruption to the surrounding environment.
  • Safety Adherence: Follow all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a secure working environment for all personnel and clients.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance and minor repairs on machinery to ensure optimal functionality and durability.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with fellow team members to synchronize tasks and complete projects effectively.
  • Client Interaction: Engage professionally with clients, addressing their inquiries and ensuring satisfaction with the services rendered.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain precise documentation of work performed, equipment utilization, and any incidents or accidents.
  • Execute all maintenance duties assigned by the supervisor.
  • Comprehend and implement verbal and written instructions.
  • Inspect tools and equipment, performing repairs and maintenance as necessary.
  • Utilize appropriate safety gear and adhere to safety protocols.
  • Report any issues or safety concerns to the supervisor or relevant personnel.
  • Comply with company and environmental regulations consistently.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Prior experience as a tree groundsman or in a similar role.
  • Strong physical fitness, vision, and hearing capabilities.
  • Ability to climb, stand, walk, kneel, and stoop.
  • Capacity to lift heavy items.
  • Excellent balance and depth perception.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Aptitude for following written and verbal instructions.
  • Willingness to work in adverse weather conditions.
  • A positive attitude.
