About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Truck Wash Shift Leader to join our team at Love's Travel Stops. As a key member of our Truck Care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a safe and clean facility, and assisting the Truck Care General Manager with general operations of the Truck Wash facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a safe and clean facility, adhering to safety protocols and procedures
- Greet customers, provide excellent customer service, and assist with any needs
- Assist the Truck Care General Manager with recruiting, hiring, training, evaluating, and coaching employees
- Manage employee turnover and retention, ensuring a positive work environment
- Perform commercial vehicle and RV exterior washes, as well as wash-related services
- Accurately invoice and process payments for services performed using billing software
- Perform basic facility and equipment maintenance and repairs

Requirements:
- Regularly required to talk and hear
- Requires standing and walking, with some bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing
