Job Title: Behavior Specialist - Autism Center


About the Role:


We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Behavior Specialist to join our team at the Infinity Center. In this role, you will be responsible for providing clinical skills instruction and behavior reduction strategies to children with Autism in our Early Intervention ICBS Center.



Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive clinical skills instruction based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to support the development of essential life skills in children with Autism.
  • Gather and analyze data on programs to inform treatment decisions and ensure effective progress tracking.
  • Collaborate with parents to provide training and support in ABA techniques, empowering them to become active participants in their child's learning process.
  • Work closely with the BCBA or Licensed Behavior Analyst as needed to ensure seamless integration of clinical data and assessments into our treatment plans.
