Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Memorial Hospital of Laramie County. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our Cardiopulmonary department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide therapeutic and diagnostic procedures as ordered by physicians, including oxygen therapy, bronchodilator therapy, and EKGs.
  • Perform therapeutic and diagnostic procedures for pediatric patients, including pulse oximetry, bronchodilator therapy, and oxygen therapy.
  • Verify physician orders for therapy and document patient records accurately and completely.
  • Assist in Cardiopulmonary resuscitation efforts and other emergencies that require respiratory care procedures.
  • Maintain professional growth by presenting in-service programs, pursuing further certification, and staying up-to-date with industry developments.
Requirements
  • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) Associate's degree in Respiratory Therapy.
  • Wyoming Respiratory Therapy License.
  • Cheyenne Regional RQI within 14 calendar days of start date.
