Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical leadership and guidance on project planning, design, and execution.
  • Support project managers with technical expertise and oversight.
  • Conduct technical planning, design projects, and prepare comprehensive reports.
  • Review project documents and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Monitor project progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Direct CADD technicians in creating project plans and specifications.
  • Mentor junior staff and review their work to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Lead complex projects and perform other duties as needed to ensure project success.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering and 4-8 years of experience in a related field.
  • Registered Professional Engineer (PE) certification.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in resolving complex technical issues.
  • Experience with engineering software and industry-specific policies and procedures.
