Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Satisfaction: Ensure 100% guest satisfaction in areas of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. Investigate and respond to guest complaints, taking necessary actions to resolve issues.
  • Operations Management: Oversee and manage all areas of the restaurant, including food safety, inventory management, and staff development.
  • Financial Management: Adhere to Sterling standards to increase sales and minimize costs. Analyze financial reports to identify areas for profitability improvement and implement effective plans to increase revenue.
  • Team Management: Provide direction to team members, conduct performance reviews, and develop a work environment that fosters growth and development.
  • Community Involvement: Book spirit nights, participate in local community events, and maintain a strong presence in the community.
Requirements
  • College degree preferred, but not required. Previous restaurant experience is essential.
  • Knowledge of computers (MS Word and Excel) and valid driver's license.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks, and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Self-discipline, strong initiative, leadership ability, and outgoing personality.
Working Conditions
  • 50-hour workweek, with occasional variations to ensure restaurant operations.
  • Prolonged standing, bending, stooping, twisting, lifting, and repetitive hand and wrist motion.
  • Ability to work with hot, cold, and hazardous restaurant equipment.
Accountabilities
  • Reports to district manager for area.
  • Completes job responsibilities and performance objectives in a timely and effective manner.
  • Maintains a harmonious working environment and represents Sterling Restaurants positively.
