Marist College is seeking a highly skilled AV Generalist to join our Media Center team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer service, setting up and operating audio-visual equipment, and troubleshooting technical issues.

• Provide technical support for audio-visual equipment in classrooms and production facilities
• Set up and operate audio-visual equipment for events and presentations
• Troubleshoot technical issues and perform preventative maintenance
• Supervise a student workforce in answering support calls and managing problem reports
• Schedule events and reserve facilities
• Order supplies and maintain inventory

• Bachelor's degree or Associates degree in a related field with at least 1 year of relevant experience or 3+ years of relevant experience

• Experience with audio-visual equipment and technical support
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
