The Wellness Supervisor plays a crucial role in guaranteeing the provision of exceptional resident services that align with the health and daily living requirements of residents and their families. This position entails direct engagement in resident service delivery while overseeing other members of the Wellness Team as designated by the Wellness Director. It is essential to approach interactions with residents and families with tact, sensitivity, and professionalism to ensure their overall satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure high-quality service delivery to residents.
- Manage and support the Wellness Team in their duties.
- Engage with residents and families to address their needs and concerns.
