Job Title: Physical Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at a Home Health Facility in Cromwell, CT.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality physical therapy services to patients in a home health setting. This is a contract position with a duration of 25 weeks.

Responsibilities:
  • Valid license or certification in the state of practice, if applicable
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of professionalism during stressful times
  • Strong critical thinking skills
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Background and drug screen
  • Additional requirements and certifications as may be requested by the specific facility/unit
