Canvass Manager

For Our Future LLC is seeking a motivated and results-driven Canvass Manager to join our team in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. As a key member of our field team, you will be responsible for executing the regional field plan and supervising a team of paid canvassers in accordance with strict health and safety protocols.

• Train and supervise a team of canvassers to ensure they are equipped to execute the regional field plan.
• Launch canvassing events and ensure that all necessary materials and equipment are available.
• Monitor and report on canvassing progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase efficiency.
• Collaborate with the regional organizing director to develop and implement a comprehensive canvassing plan.
• Ensure that all health and safety protocols are followed and that canvassers are aware of and adhere to these protocols.

• At least 1-2 cycles of paid field campaign or other door-to-door canvassing experience.
• Commitment to building power in the progressive movement.
• Knowledge of Votebuilder/VAN/LAN preferred.
• Basic computer literacy and database skills.
• Ability to work long and irregular hours in a fast-paced, metrics-driven work environment.
• Strong coaching skills and ability to work independently and in team settings.

This is an in-person position that requires a physical presence in the local office. You will be required to work in extreme weather conditions, including rain, heat, and cold. You will also be interacting regularly with voters, volunteers, and community partners.
